About Esther - Personal Trainer
With a passion for fitness and empowering others, I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Specialist. My qualifications include Olympic lifting, pre & post-natal fitness, indoor cycling, Rugby coach and Level 4 Strength & Conditioning for athletes in specific sporting environments.

Group bookings and fitness getaways are available, making Beside the Loch the perfect place to combine health, wellness, and relaxation. Whether it’s a one-off session or part of your stay, we’ll create a plan to complement an outdoor swim adventure. Guests can also enjoy access to our onsite strength and wellness studio to boost fitness and recharge.

One on One - £35 per session
Buddy - £45 per session
