About Esther
A passion for fitness, I am a Level 3 personal trainer and group exercise specialist with a qualification in Olympic Lifting, pre & post-natal fitness, level 2 rugby coach and indoor cycling. It is important to build on knowledge and recently completed a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning qualification that focuses on working with athletes in specific sporting environments. I feel empowered when exercising and I want to share that feeling with you.

I offer sessions both indoors and out (weather dependent) for 1-1 training, buddy up or group PT. Beside the loch is a fantastic space and dedicated PT studio with glorious outdoor space. We will design a plan that suits you, with the ultimate objective to make you feel fitter, stronger & build confidence.
PT Sessions
One on One - £35 per session
Buddy - £40 per session
Group PT - £15 per person (min. of 3)
